Meet Loop,
your meeting teammate.
Loop sits in on your calls, catches every decision and promise, and turns them into tasks, recaps and follow-ups before anyone leaves the room.

Works with the tools your team already uses
Every meeting, all the way around the loop.
Most tools stop at notes. Loop keeps going until the work is done, and remembers it for next time.
Ask Loop anything about any meeting.
Your team’s memory has a search box. Loop finds the answer, tells you who owns it, and shows you where it came from.
Correct it once. Loop remembers.
Loop picks up your team’s shorthand, owners and habits. Teach it on Monday and it already knows on Thursday.
- Listening…Your next shorthand lands here
- OwnerBilling bugs go to Priya
- AccountNorthwind belongs to Alex
- HabitProduct recaps go to #product
Missed the meeting? You’re caught up by coffee.
Skip the recording. Loop sends a short catch-up with what was decided, what changed, and what’s now yours.
One meeting in. Work everywhere out.
The integration isn’t the feature. What Loop does with it is: recaps in chat, issues in your tracker, updates in your CRM.
Built for every team that meets.
Each team turns conversations into different work. Loop knows the difference.
Your conversations stay yours.
Loop is a guest in your meetings, and it behaves like one. Anyone on the call can pause it, and your team decides what’s kept.
Always announced
Loop joins by name, so nobody is recorded by surprise.
Pause on request
Anyone can say “Loop, pause” and nothing is captured until it resumes.
Only for people who were there
Notes go to invitees, plus anyone you choose to share with.
Delete anytime
Remove one meeting or your whole history whenever you want.
Questions, answered.
What is Loop?
Loop is an AI teammate that joins your meetings, works out what was decided and who owns what, and then handles the follow-through: posting recaps, creating tasks, updating your tools and reminding owners.
How does Loop work?
Connect your calendar and choose which meetings Loop joins. During the call, Loop identifies decisions, action items and open questions. When the call ends, it sends the results to your team chat and tools.
Which video apps does Loop support?
Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. If a meeting on your calendar has a link to one of them, Loop can join it.
Can I choose which meetings Loop joins?
Yes. Set rules such as “internal meetings only”, or invite Loop to individual meetings yourself.
Can Loop identify speakers, decisions and action items?
Yes. Loop matches voices to the people on the invite, and each decision or action item includes an owner, a due date when one was mentioned, and a link back to the moment it came up.
Does everyone know Loop is in the meeting?
Yes. Loop joins as a visible participant and announces itself. Anyone on the call can ask it to stop taking notes.
Who can access meeting notes?
Only people who were invited to the meeting, plus any channel or teammate you choose to share with. Admins can set stricter defaults for the whole workspace.
How long is meeting data stored?
Your workspace admin decides. Business plans can set a custom retention period.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your meeting data is never used to train AI models.
Can I delete meeting data?
Yes. Delete a single meeting or your workspace’s entire history at any time.
Which tools does Loop integrate with?
Team chat, project trackers, docs, CRMs, email and calendars, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, Linear, Jira, Asana, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Drive, Gmail and Outlook. See all integrations.
Can Loop create tasks automatically?
Yes. Choose whether Loop creates tasks right away or drafts them for the owner to approve first.
Can Loop update our CRM?
Yes. After a customer call, Loop can log the call, update deal fields and add next steps in HubSpot or Salesforce.
Can Loop connect to custom APIs?
Yes. On the Business plan, Loop can send meeting output to any tool with an API through webhooks.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Loop is free for teams of up to 5 people. Compare plans.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed per user, monthly or annually.
Do guests count as users?

Is a credit card required?
